Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Group

Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm, we hold our DBT group at our office. This evidence-based treatment has been shown to help people create more social and emotional stability in their lives. As part of the DBT group, you will learn the following:

  • Mindfulness

  • Distress Tolerance

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness.

This group is led by Karen Lacy, LCSW and Anna Whisler, LCSW. Please call our office to register. Registration is $50 (which covers materials) and $30 per session. DBT group members are strongly encouraged to be attending individual therapy as well, though you are welcome to attend another therapy company and still attend our group.
